Lynn
C. Fritz, Founder and Chairman - A visionary in the global logistics
industry, Fritz was the Chairman and CEO of the Fritz Companies Inc. until May
2001 when it was acquired by UPS. Under his leadership, Fritz Companies was
transformed from a family owned domestic documentation company to a global
organization of 10,000 employees in 120 countries. The company achieved Fortune
1000 ranking in 1997. His enduring contribution was to redefine a fragmented
and limited services industry.
Since selling Fritz Companies, Fritz has continued to actively participate in
the evolution of the logistics industry. He created Fritz Institute to bring
logistics best practices to the mitigation of disasters, to make disaster
relief more effective. He also continues an active interest in the role of
technology and innovation in logistics through a variety of investments, board
directorships and professional memberships.
A native of San Francisco, Fritz serves on the Boards of Directors of
Manugistics Group Inc., Integres Global Logistics, University of California
at Davis' Department of Viticulture and Enology, and the Board of Regents
of Pepperdine University. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University and a
J.D. from Lincoln University School of Law. In recognition of his outstanding
leadership and community service, in 1995 he was honored with a Doctor of Laws
degree by Pepperdine University.

Wendy A. Buxton, President - Ms. Buxton has an
established reputation in diverse industries for excelling growth of
organizations through corporate vision, strategic planning, and the power of
effective leadership. Buxton's career as an executive level strategist includes
proven expertise in corporate growth planning through strength of client
relations, acquisitions, partnership alliances, extensive information
technology expertise, and an aggressive leadership technique empowering
organizations to excel. Buxton joined LynnCo with a vision of offering clients
seamless logistics solutions by leveraging a collective expertise in logistics
principles, leading-edge technology, and integrity of client relations.
Buxton's experience portfolio is a foundation of various executive leadership
positions in the financial, media and entertainment, and strategic marketing
business sectors.
Wendy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Management
Information Systems. She is an active member of the Council of Logistics
Management, Tulsa Transporation Club, and the National Executive Women's
Association.

Jae Whang,
Director of Operations - Mr. Whang’s experience spans multiple sectors including military, third
party logistics, truckload, less-than-truckload, white glove delivery services and private industry.
His career commenced with eight years of military service in the US Army in infantry and combat
engineering. Since then Mr. Whang has assumed senior management responsibilities including Sr.
Operations Manager, Director of Logistics and Carrier Management with organizations such as J.B. Hunt
and Nonstop Delivery. Mr. Whang is an expert in supply chain management, information technology and
systems integrations, process engineering, carrier procurement, dedicated account management, and
customer service. He is a firm believer in leveraging all aspects of technology to enhance today’s
work force. His leadership perspective is based on core principals of respect, integrity and teamwork
that were formed during his personal experience in the military.

Mary Christensen, Controller - Mary is a certified public accountant
and graduate of The University of Tulsa. Prior to joining LynnCo in 2001, she served ten
years as Controller for a mechanical contracting and HVAC service corporation. Her experience
includes financial management and administration, internal audit, and senior auditor.
Christensen's former employers have included Blue Cross of Oklahoma and Main Hurdman (KPMG).

Scott W. Anderson, Software Development Manager - Scott’s diverse
background includes experience as a software / database developer and as a team lead,
in both consulting and direct positions. Prior to joining LynnCo in 2002, he was
involved for 7 years at a large defense systems company where he participated in all
aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for a custom signal processing system
using embedded software. This experience provided Scott with the opportunity to
participate in a software development environment that was certified to be Level 3
according to the Capability Maturity Model developed by the Software Engineering
Institute, which was estimated to constitute less than 1% of the development shops in
the United States.
In addition, his IT consulting experience includes work for companies in various
industries such as energy, information, and manufacturing. Scott holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering
from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional
in .Net software development and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Business
Intelligence.
