1. How do I get access to Online Services?
You email your name and the name of your company to websupport@lynnco-scs.com.

2. I am unable to log on to Online Services?
You will need to contact support via phone or email to reset your password.

3. Do I have to have an account to get a quote?
No. Anybody can submit a quote via the Orders/Quotes option on the login screen.

4. When I run a report, the report does not display.
Your computer does not have a PDF or Excel viewer. There are two links at the bottom of
the reports menu page. You will need to install the appropriate view on your computer
to display the report you are running.
